Architected a 3-surface personal OS agent: a Linux daemon, a React Native client reaching it over a Tailscale WireGuard tunnel with zero public-internet egress, and a TOTP-gated Telegram bridge — all subscribing to one shared structured event log.
Designed a 5-tier memory model (identity, relational facts, daily diary, session, world-state) with a 3 AM nightly distiller, plus a 6-dimension limbic state machine (appraisal-driven mutation, decay curves, baseline-locking).
Built a 54-skill DAG executor (constitutional manifest schema, sandboxed shell/git/docker/web actuation) and a Tier-3 3-agent software factory (Architect / Executor / Auditor) — 42,847 events, 416 conversations, 29 autonomous builds.

Built a co-pilot researching across 9 sources (GitHub, arXiv, Semantic Scholar, Reddit, Stack Exchange, Wikipedia, Hacker News, Tavily, Firecrawl) and synthesising inline-cited 22-section blueprints with rendered Mermaid C4 diagrams.
Implemented three depths (Quick / Standard / Deep) including a STORM-lite multi-persona orchestrator (Engineer / PM / SRE) producing 6–9 parallel fan-out queries with cited synthesis.
Engineered the production deploy: Vite dev proxy, Vercel serverless catch-all, localStorage workspace persistence, streaming markdown chat, and a Shipping Floor that compiles blueprints into Architect / Executor / Auditor task lanes.
